Complete Energy Storage Systems

ZKON supplies complete energy storage systems configured for project requirements. Tell us the power and energy you need, the installation conditions and the intended integration scope.

Define the complete system you need

The system configuration starts with the application, target power and energy, installation conditions and equipment interfaces.

Battery equipment, power conversion, controls and integration boundaries belong in the configuration discussion. Available equipment combinations and included services need to be confirmed for the individual project.

System Equipment

Complete systems coordinate battery, power conversion and control equipment for the project. Models, interfaces and installation conditions are defined in the configuration schedule.

Battery equipment
Identify chemistry, voltage and energy capacity, distinguishing nominal energy from usable energy.
Power conversion
Determine equipment configuration and connections for the required power and electrical integration.
Controls and communication
Specify control and communication interfaces and the operating and monitoring functions required by the project.
Enclosures and site integration
Coordinate installation space with the equipment layout. Thermal management, fire protection and environmental requirements follow the proposed configuration.

Build the brief around your site

Provide the requirements you know and identify what is still to be decided. Keep power and energy separate so the intended system can be reviewed clearly.

Application and location
The intended use, project location and the facility or equipment the system will connect to.
Target power and energy
Required power in kW or MW and energy in kWh or MWh. If known, distinguish nominal energy from usable energy requirements.
Installation conditions
Available space, installation environment, access conditions and any known cooling, fire protection or enclosure requirements.
Integration requirements
Electrical and control interfaces, grid connection conditions, and any required operating or monitoring arrangements.
Supply responsibilities
The required equipment, planned timing and responsibilities for transport, installation, commissioning and support.

Power and energy figures alone do not establish usable capacity, discharge duration or operating performance. These depend on the confirmed system configuration and operating conditions.

Review configuration and responsibilities

A complete system proposal needs a clear equipment list, integration boundary and service scope. Confirm these for the project instead of assuming that every option or service is included.

System configuration

Review battery chemistry, battery and power conversion equipment, control interfaces and the required system arrangement against current technical information.

Cooling, fire protection, environmental limits, grid connection and monitoring requirements need a confirmed configuration. Equipment brands and models, performance ratings, applicable certificates and warranty terms should be supported by the technical documentation for the proposed system.

Supply and service scope

Agree the equipment included and the interfaces with the customer’s site or other project participants. Transport, installation, commissioning and after-sales responsibilities need to be stated explicitly.

Complete system supply does not, by itself, establish an EPC contract or installation service in every location.
